2023 Loyd "Tubby" Flick Memorial Award
Wednesday, April 19th, 2023

Thanks to the generosity of Mr. Brian Flick, the South Brownsville Volunteer Fire Company No. 1, Somerset Trust, and a Brownsville native who wishes to remain anonymous, we a re pleased to announce that the Loyd "Tubby" Flick Memorial Award has grown significantly! We now have a total of $1,000.00, which will enable us to award several gifts to those students who apply, the amount of which will be determined by the award committee. The minimum award will be $250.00. There is still plenty of time to apply, so we encourage all of those Fayette County students who are interested to do so soon! See your guidance counselor for a copy of the rules, eligibility criteria, and entry guidelines, as all Fayette County High Schools as well as the Fayette CTI and the Connellsville Area Career Center have them. Best of luck!
